Steps to follow:
  1. 1. Record of work and burden of summary

    • · It will be carried out exclusively on the CMP Monterrey 2020 website www.congresomexicanodelpetroleo.com

    • · The deadline for recording and uploading the summary is November 30th, 2019
      at 2:00 p.m.

    • · The maximum number of words is 300. Only the text is loaded; without figures, plans, graphs or tables.

    • · It can be in Spanish or English

    • · The summary will be loaded into a single topic and subtopic, to avoid duplication

    • NOTE: It is important to keep in mind that the summary must have sufficient and necessary information for the work to be properly evaluated by the expert panel of the CMP organizing professional associations (AIMP, AMGP, CIPM, AMGE and SPE)

  2. 2. Once the summary is evaluated by the panel of experts, the authors will be notified, via email (programatecnicocmp2020@gmail.com), if their work was accepted to be presented at the CMP Monterrey 2020, or rejected

  3. 3. With the selected works, the technical reports of the CMP Monterrey 2020 will be prepared, for which the authors must send the extensive (complete) work in a Word file to the email: programatecnicocmp2020@gmail.com

  4. 4. Authors should follow the standards and guidelines for technical publications, which may be consulted on the CMP Monterrey 2020 website.

  5. 5. Extensive papers will be received in full in Word, as a deadline, June 15, 2020

  6. 6. The author that corresponds to present the work will be notified during the month of May 2020, the date, room and time scheduled for the presentation.

  7. 7. The work must be submitted in .pptx (Power Point) format and submitted no later than one day before the date of presentation in the testing room of the CMP Monterrey 2020 site.
  8. NOTE: It is the responsibility of the authors to obtain the necessary permits, with due anticipation, so that the accepted works can be presented and published in the CMP Monterrey 2020.
