Reservation Policies
1. Enter all your credit card details to authorize the hotel to charge for two nights to the credit card used to guarantee your reservation. In case the card is declined, the hotel will not make your reservation and will not be the responsibility of Grupo Ecodsa. The charge will be made from October 15th to October 22nd, 2021.
2. In case of omitting any data requested in this format, your reservation will not be made and it will not be the responsibility of Grupo Ecodsa.
3. Rates valid 3 day (s) before and 3 day (s) after the official dates of the group (subject to availability) in the same plan contracted for the group.
4. Charge for accommodation is made directly by each hotel.
5. Special requests (number of beds, high / low floor, ocean view, smoking room, early check-in, etc.) will be assigned by each property according to availability.
6. In case of guaranteeing or covering one or more rooms with a third party bank card it is necessary to present the following information:
- · Copy of card on both sides.
- · Copy of an official identification of the cardholder on both sides
- · Guarantee letter or authorization letter signed by the cardholder and on letterhead (for group reservations).
7. In case of selecting the Bank deposit option to guarantee reservation, you have 3 business days to make a deposit, otherwise your reservation will be automatically canceled.
Exchange and Cancellation Policies
1. Changes and cancellations of INDIVIDUAL Reservations must be made in writing as a deadline on October 15th, 2021. GROUP Reservations as a deadline on October 8th, 2021 so as not to cause a penalty. Reservations made after these dates may not make changes and cancellations without penalty.
2. Reservations canceled and changes made after this date will cause a penalty for "no show" (charge of two nights of lodging plus taxes and tips).
3. Reservations made in advance and after the date of the congress will be available to the Hotel.
4. Early departures after completing your hotel reservation, the hotel will charge two nights, early departure means any reduction outside the deadline for changes and cancellations or during your stay.
5. Any room that generates a no-show charge the hotel will charge a penalty mentioned in point 2 and the room will be subject to availability again, in case of a later arrival of the guest please notify the hotel coordinator by Grupo Ecodsa to avoid canceling the room.
